About Callaborade
Callaborade builds modern sales teams and outbound systems for European and US companies, while training high-potential graduates in Ghana with real, on-the-job experience. We don’t teach theory. We train people by letting them do the work, supported by modern tools, clear processes, and experienced sales leaders. This role is the starting point for a future career in tech and digital sales.
About the Role
This is a true entry-level role for recent graduates or national service completers. You do not need sales experience. You do need energy, discipline, curiosity, and willingness to learn fast. As a Junior SDR, you’ll learn how modern B2B sales works today, using LinkedIn, email, CRM systems, and AI-supported tools. Not outdated scripts.
What You’ll Do
- Research and identify potential business clients (B2B)
- Reach out via LinkedIn, email and phone
- Qualify leads and book meetings for senior sales staff and clients
- Use CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive, Salesforce)
- Work with sales sequences and automation tools
- Understand buyer pain points and tailor messaging
- Document interactions and keep data clean
- Work closely with Sales Ops and Account Executives
- Improve weekly through coaching and structured feedback
Who We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate in a business-related field or completed National Service
- Strong spoken and written English
- Confident communicator. You don’t hide behind WhatsApp
- Comfortable with computers and online tools
- Curious about business, startups, and tech
- Hungry to build a career, not just get a job
You Do Not Need
- Previous B2B sales experience
- A sales background
- A technical degree
- A fancy CV, but take the time and do it well. We read them.

About the Role
This is a true entry-level role for recent graduates or national service completers. You are not expected to code. You are expected to be punctual, think logically, work with tools, and learn fast. As a Junior Sales Operations team member, you help build and run the engine behind sales: data, tools, processes, and automation.
What You’ll Do
- Support and maintain CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce)
- Prepare and clean lead data for outbound campaigns
- Help set up and manage sales tools and workflows
- Support SDRs with lead lists, sequences, and reporting
- Track campaign performance (opens, replies, meetings booked)
- Document processes so they can be repeated and improved
- Work closely with Sales, SDRs, and Management
