Is prior experience required to apply?

No, specific prior experience isn’t required. While we prefer business management graduates with strong English skills, it’s not a strict requirement. What matters most to us is your commitment, dedication, and willingness to learn and excel. Attention to detail is key. The rest, we’ll teach you through our apprenticeship program.

What positions are currently available?

Our apprenticeship program spans 3 years and is carefully structured for your success. The most common entry-level position is as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), a crucial role that will be a key focus throughout the entire program. SDRs, or Business Development Representatives (BDRs), specialize in generating potential customers (leads) and qualifying them to determine their potential as actual customers. While the specific tasks vary depending on the company and industry, the core responsibilities usually involve customer acquisition and conducting needs assessments. The next step in your tech sales career is typically progressing to an Account Executive (AE). AEs focus less on outreach and acquisition and more on maintaining relationships, guiding customers through the sales process to completion. Following a clear training plan, you’ll also receive education in other key departments of a startup, including HR, Finance, Customer Success, and Marketing. By the end of the program, you’ll be so well-prepared that starting your own business will have a much higher likelihood of success.

What kind of salary can I expect?

Your salary will depend on your willingness to learn and your level of commitment. The average On-Target Earnings (OTE) for a junior newcomer is already highly competitive. Sales career development is fast and performance-driven, meaning you can quickly increase your salary based on your achievements.

Are remote work opportunities available?

It depends! In the beginning, we believe it’s beneficial to be in the office regularly. This allows both you and us to get to know each other better and integrate into the team. Being on-site also provides more learning opportunities and the chance to collaborate closely with colleagues. Later on, as things progress, up to two remote workdays per week are possible, provided the technical conditions are met.
